Assembly: Grade 8A, 2023-2024

The students of Grade 8A had an excellent opportunity to present their school assembly with the theme "Follow Your Passion", a topic that holds tremendous significance in the lives of the students. The primary purpose of this assembly is to inspire and motivate the students to explore and pursue what truly excites them. The students displayed their team-work, camaraderie, and resourcefulness in preparing for and presenting their program.

The show starts with a young boy who aspires to become a director. He comes across a flyer for the role of a director. He gets selected and succeeds in making a film. When the tables have turned and his next movie becomes unsuccessful, he tries to conquer a new passion, which is acting. With his determination and hard work, he rules the industry and becomes the most talented actor.

The news anchors shared updates of the happenings around us with International News, National News, State News and Sports News. This was followed by a quiz that engaged the audience. As always, the quiz witnessed enthusiastic participation from the audience. The thought for the day also emphasised on the importance of exploring and pursuing interests.

A stupendous effort by the children in collaborating and rendering the dance and mellifluous music through their band was the highlight of the show.

The assembly was wrapped up with the vote of thanks. Students conveyed their gratitude to the principal, teachers and non-teaching staff for their support and encouragement. The assembly left the audience with a feeling to embark on their own personal journeys of self-discovery and passion pursuit.
