Ms. Sudha Balan has been an Educational Professional for over four decades. After establishing and heading NPS Koramangala in Bangalore and NPSIC in Perumbakkam, she takes on the role of Mentor Principal, NPS International Chennai as adviser and guide. An innovative leader, she draws on her background in arts and continued education and research in child psychology, health and development to focus on creating holistic learning environments with an emphasis on academic excellence. As Mentor Principal, her focus is on empowering parents and teachers in today’s changing world.

Mrs. Radhika Madhavan has nearly two decades of experience in teaching and leadership roles. She has been an integral part of the school’s leadership team for the past 9 years, serving both as Primary Years and Senior Years Coordinator. Her experience with students of various age groups helps her understand them better, thereby nurturing their growth. She has received professional leadership training under our Vice Chairperson, Dr. Bindu Hari, and from the TISB Teacher Training Academy. A passionate educator, she believes in creating engaging classrooms for enhanced learner experience. She continues to motivate teachers to excel and constantly strive for growth and excellence, leading by example.

Mrs Ranjani R Ayyar, a proud NPS (Indiranagar) alumna and qualified Chartered Accountant, brings over 15 years of diverse experience to her role as Vice Principal. A former business journalist with consulting experience in the Big 4, she brings an eclectic approach that is shaped by her training under our Vice Chairperson, Dr. Bindu Hari. With a passion for empowering children and teachers, she is a dedicated problem solver who fosters a nurturing environment for growth. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to innovation, strong work ethics and integrity.
