Tech Odyssey- Electrifying Endeavour

NPSI, Chennai launched the inaugural STEM, AI, and Robotics event, Tech Odyssey on 15th March 2025. It showcased innovative projects and interactive exhibits designed by middle-year students, demonstrating their creativity, problem-solving skills, and understanding of emerging technologies.

Throughout the year, the students had collaborated with the school’s tech partner, Centrado. This event marked the culmination of their efforts, showcasing a variety of models and experiments they had created. The event featured a wide array of projects across various domains of STEM, AI, and Robotics. Some of the highlights included soil checking, IR sensor, face recognition AI model, smart goggles, RF communication, to name a few.

Middle-year students actively participated in the exhibition, showcasing their projects and engaging with visitors. They took on the responsibility of explaining their work, breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable demonstrations.

Their enthusiasm was evident as they answered questions, provided live demonstrations, and discussed the real-world applications of their innovations.

To enhance their engagement, interactive sessions were arranged, including hands-on workshops where visitors could experiment with coding, robotics, and AI applications. Group collaborations were also encouraged, fostering teamwork and peer learning.

The event received positive feedback from attendees. The initiative was praised for fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills among students.

The inaugural STEM, AI, and Robotics Exhibition was a resounding success, highlighting the immense potential of young minds in the field of technology and innovation. The event not only provided a platform for students to showcase their talents but also encouraged curiosity and learning in STEM-related disciplines.
