Assembly: Grade 9C, 2023

This quote was beautifully encapsulated in a 20 minutes assembly by Grade 9C. On the 17th of November, 2023, the class of 9C captivated the auditorium as they creatively presented their assembly, ‘Movie Parodies’ as a skit. The performance featured the storyline of a struggling filmmaker’s quest for a blockbuster. The assembly’s plot was well thought out with numerous twists, turns and suspense. The actors became the characters they played, showing dedication to the assembly. The audience was also entertained by skillful dancers who had masterfully crafted a dance routine that left everyone enchanted. Popular dialogues and scenes were also added to the enjoyment that left people on the edges of their seats. A ‘Guess the Character’ quiz that was organized was unique and sent the auditorium into a frenzy for answering the questions. The news segment also provided critical news of the world today as well as special news, our school NPSIC had to share. All elements of the assembly were interwoven with the plot and was entertaining for all. The assembly was then wrapped up with a vote of thanks speech and a final moral on the good and bad effects of movies.
