This thoughtful beginning set the tone for the morning, creating an atmosphere of pride and purpose. The news segment followed, keeping everyone informed about significant national and international events. It was a reminder of how awareness and knowledge are key to responsible citizenship. An engaging quiz segment added excitement to the assembly. Centred on the Indian Army, it encouraged students to recall facts, think quickly, and appreciate the brave individuals who protect our nation. The enthusiastic participation and cheerful responses made this part of the programme lively and interactive.
The highlight of the assembly was the skit based on the life of Captain Mariappan Saravanan, a Kargil war hero remembered for his courage and unwavering integrity. The performance combined song, dance, and dialogue to portray his devotion to duty and love for the country. The sight of students waving the national flag to the moving song Lehren Do created a touching moment that filled the audience with admiration and respect.
The assembly concluded with the message that true courage lies not only in heroic acts but also in living each day with honesty, compassion, and a strong moral compass.
